Pricing your property competitively
from the start will bring in the most qualified buyers to view your home. Pricing your property too high will deter eligible buyers. If your home does not sell in the first few weeks, you may have to drop the price below market value to compete with new, well priced listings. I make sure we price your home correctly from the get go, to ensure the most potential buyers view your home, and encourage multiple offers to push your price above value.
