Fun Facts: A piece of music history
Peter Asher, folk singer, music producer, Grammy winner and friend of the Beatles once rented this house for $400 after leaving the Beatles’ Apple Records to manage then-fledgling folk singer James Taylor. James lived here as his guest while working on his hit album “Sweet Baby James.”
